These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between VD Premium Food and customers purchasing products through the SuchASnack webshop.
By placing an order through our webshop, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
VD Premium Food sells food products, including protein oatmeal products and protein spreads under the SuchASnack brand.
All product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, images and prices displayed on the webshop are provided as accurately as possible.
Minor differences in appearance, packaging design or presentation may occur without affecting the quality or characteristics of the products.
All products are subject to availability.
3. Ordering Process
To place an order, the customer must:
- Select the desired products
- Add products to the shopping cart
- Provide the required customer and delivery information
- Review the order details
- Complete payment
After completing the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
A purchase agreement between the customer and VD Premium Food is concluded once payment has been successfully received and the order confirmation has been sent.
VD Premium Food reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including:
- Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
- Suspected fraud
- Products being unavailable
- Incorrect customer information
If payment has already been made, the customer will receive a full refund.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the webshop include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Available payment methods are provided through our payment service provider:

Payment methods may include:
- iDEAL
- Credit card
- Other payment methods supported by Mollie
The customer must complete payment before the order can be processed.
If payment is not successfully completed, VD Premium Food is not obligated to ship the order.
All payment transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
VD Premium Food does not store complete payment card details.
5. Delivery

Orders are shipped using available delivery services selected by VD Premium Food
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Order volume
- Carrier delays
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen circumstances
VD Premium Food aims to process and ship orders as quickly as possible after payment confirmation.
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers according to applicable shipping conditions.

6. Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.
VD Premium Food cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect address information
- Missing delivery details
- Customer unavailability
Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Due to food safety regulations, returned products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
Opened food products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.

8. Complaints and Customer Service
If a customer has a complaint regarding an order, product quality or delivery, they should contact us as soon as possible:

VD Premium Food guarantees that products comply with applicable European food safety requirements.
Customers are responsible for:
- Reading product labels and ingredient information
- Checking allergen information before consumption
- Following storage instructions
VD Premium Food cannot be held responsible for reactions caused by known allergies or incorrect use of products.
10. Limitation of Liability
VD Premium Food is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of income
- Business interruption
- Loss of data
- Consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product that caused the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content available on the SuchASnack webshop, including:
- Texts
- Images
- Logos
- Product descriptions
- Brand materials
is owned by VD Premium Food or used with permission.
Reproduction or use of webshop content without prior written permission is not allowed.
